Tinian Marine Stevedore, Inc. (TMSI) was incorporated in October 1985 to engage in the business of stevedoring, terminal operations, warehousing, cargo checking, freight forwarding and other related port activities to answer the needs of the Tinian community.

TMSI has entered into a sub-agency agreement with one of its affiliates, Saipan Shipping Company (Saiship) last April 2013 so that all port business being handled by Saiship as shipping agent can also be taken care of by TMSI as its representative.
